Common questions

How do I start ordering?
Open the app, sign in or create an account, then connect to your stay by scanning the QR code from your hotel or adding your booking. After that you can order food and drinks, request hotel services, shop, and book tours, delivered to your room or another spot you choose.

I have a question about an order or my stay.
Orders are fulfilled by your hotel, so for anything about a specific order, delivery, or your stay, please contact the hotel directly. For app or technical issues, email support@qrush.delivery.

How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in screen tap “Forgot password?”, enter your email, and follow the link we send you.

How do I delete my account?
Open your profile in the app and choose “Delete account.”
