No. QRush opens in the phone browser from a QR code. The guest scans the code at check-in and sees your services right away. No sign-up and no password.

At check-in, staff create the booking in QRush and the system issues a personal QR for it. Every order the guest places with that code is linked to their booking and room.

QRush runs in a regular browser with no separate app, so it works on older phones too. Ordering needs an internet connection: hotel Wi-Fi or mobile data.

Yes. You turn sections and services on and off yourself and change prices, photos and descriptions in the hotel dashboard. Guests see the changes immediately.

Each employee gets notifications only for their own services: permissions are set in the dashboard. The kitchen sees food orders, housekeeping sees cleaning requests.

QRush works alongside your PMS: reservations, the room folio and accounting stay in it. There are no ready-made PMS connectors yet; we discuss integration for your system, so tell us which one you use at the demo.

QRush does not take payments from guests and does not store payment data. Payments go through your usual process, and all orders and their amounts are visible in the dashboard.
