Account deletion

How to request deletion

In the app: open the app, go to your profile, and tap “Delete account,” then confirm in the dialog. Your account and the personal data linked to it are removed right away.

By email: if you cannot access the app, email support@qrush.delivery from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We verify ownership and complete the request within 30 days.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted we remove the personal data linked to it: your name, email address, phone number, profile photo, login credentials, and the device push token used for notifications.

What may be retained

Order records connected to a hotel stay may be kept by the hotel (the data controller) in anonymized form for accounting, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes for the period required by applicable law. Retained records are no longer linked to your account. We do not sell your data to third parties.
