Consent to personal data processing
Consent to the processing of personal data given by a visitor of qrush.delivery when sending a request through a form on the website. Version of 7 October 2026.
1. Who gives consent and to whom
1.1. I, the person who filled in a request form on qrush.delivery (the "Data Subject"), by ticking the box "I give my consent to the processing of personal data" and sending the form, freely, of my own will and in my own interest consent to the processing of my personal data on the terms set out below.
1.2. The operator receiving this consent: Individual Entrepreneur Andrey Anatolyevich Kulachenko, TIN 770765074793, OGRNIP 309774608600785, registered address: 6 Pokrovskaya St., Khotkovo, Moscow Region, 141370, Russian Federation (the "Operator").
1.3. This consent is given under Article 9 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of 27.07.2006. It is a separate document and is not part of the Privacy Policy. The Russian version prevails.
2. Purposes
2.1. Reviewing a request for a demonstration of the QRush platform or for the pilot programme.
2.2. Contacting the Data Subject about that request: replying, arranging and holding the demonstration, preparing an offer.
3. Data processed
3.1. The name given in the form.
3.2. The contact given in the form: email address, phone number or messenger username.
3.3. Details of the property that the Data Subject entered: name, type, number of rooms or villas, country and city, role, comment.
3.4. Request service data: date and time, the page the form was sent from, page language. The IP address is stored only as an irreversible hash and is used to protect the form from mass submissions.
4. What the Operator does with the data
4.1. Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, blocking, deletion and destruction, with and without automation.
4.2. The data is stored in a database on a server located in the Russian Federation. Only the Operator has access to it.
4.3. The data is not published, not transferred to third parties and not transferred outside the Russian Federation. The Operator's internal notifications about a new request contain no personal data.
5. Term and withdrawal
5.1. The consent is valid from the moment the form is sent until the purposes are achieved, but no longer than three years from the date of the request, unless withdrawn earlier.
5.2. The consent can be withdrawn at any time by writing to privacy@qrush.delivery from the address or with the contact given in the request. The Operator then stops processing and destroys the data within the time limits set by Article 21 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ.
5.3. The Data Subject may request information about the processing of their data and its correction, blocking or destruction (Article 14 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ). See the Privacy Policy for details.
6. Confirmation
6.1. Ticking the consent box and sending the form confirm that the Data Subject has read and gives this consent. The Operator keeps the date and time, the page and the version of this consent in force at that moment.
